Sometimes you don’t know where a photo shared will lead you. I had a very colourful acrylic paint palette left over at the end of my big canvas painting “Contemplation”. I posted the pretty left overs on Instagram, with the message that it’s a shame to throw this out. The lovely Gabby, whose business is next door to Art Gallery on Ovens, saw the post and thought she could reuse the dried paint as the base for ear rings. I was all for it and that is how our Gabby X Wenda Grant Art “Contemplation” Collection was born. Gabby made 6 pairs of beautiful studs, shared them on social media then added them to her website shop. Now they have all sold!! It was wonderful to collaborate with Gabby and I hope we can do it again. xx
